2nd up date  start < grade lower even though worth much more   contact me for negotiated price and terms
relisting update: see my feedback for other anacs coins that were grossly undergraded   with so called
hardly noticeable "details" knocking coin down a few grades
1893 CC Gold Half Eagle   RARE
A rare beauty with no evident circ wear but a possible light cleaning knocked it down to AU 58,
according to the grader - but I cannot see
Compare to choice mint state especially the reverse  The strike is strong and mint luster is evident.
Very popular CC Mint gold is rare in these high grades  At ANACS of the 150+ graded only 6 were better
and of all the grading agencies only about 1/4 were mint state so this coin could easily be a top 100 as the average
grade was a 55.
you know what you get here -  Pics in different light.  The last 2 with dark background were downloaded direct
from anacs web site using cert no.  and of course lost some resolution - but you can view better direct on their site.
These golds have seen big value increase over past year and will start at CW/CV price for one grade lower
with BO option if you want to avoid bidding
