got for storing 55 gal water drums. I Dremel led the bolts off to avoid poking the blue water drums. Easy peezy. Works great - very heavy duty. Recommended

How about using the correct size bolts so you don't have to grind the bolts off My barrel holder won't turn because the bolts are too long It will probably work great after i get the barrel off and gind the bolts down some

I took one star off because they're made in a place that starts with "Ch" and ends with "Ina". I took another star off because they don't work as expected right out of the box - at least not with blue plastic food grade 55 gallon barrels with flat bottom - and people have already mentioned this numerous times: if you put the bolts in through the top of the frame the casters won't clear them underneath and therefore, don't get full range of swivel motion. If you put the bolts in upside down, through the bottom of the frame, the casters have full range of swivel, but the bolts protrude about 3/8" out of the top of the frame which doesn't seem like a good thing to set a full barrel on top of. My solution was to set the frame upside down on top of 1/2" plywood, trace around the inside of the frame and cut out with a jigsaw. I then placed the cut plywood circles inside of the dolly, flipped it upside down and marked through the bolt holes on the frame so that I could drill holes to clear the bolts.

Has a really nice frame and I like the idea of 5 wheels which is why i bought it. However, one both of mine a few of the nuts come loose that hold the wheels to the frame. This isn't good when moving around a full drum and the wheels almost fall off! BTW, I only had the units a few weeks.

I ordered two, one came complete while the other came with missing parts. Missing parts sent out immediately. I had scrap material from a roof job and cut it up to provide a smooth surface for 55 gallon water drums to put it on. This makes moving the full drums with ease. Great product. 5 wheels more stable to move around than 4.

I liked these as they have 5 points instead of contact instead of 4. easy to assemble, while relatively intuitive to assemble, there were no instructions as to whether nuts should be installed on top or bottom.

5 Wheel Casters for Stability

I chose the 5 wheel casters over the 4 wheel casters for added stability as I move 55 gallon drums full of liquid over a rough concrete surface. The first set that Red Hound shipped was the wrong part number so I had to return and order again. I have not had as much time to use as I would have liked since I had to wait for the second order but so far they appear to work as expected.The construction appeared to be pretty good, welds appeared to be ok and the paint looked consistent and wasn't flaking off so they are satisfactory. Time will tell how well they hold up.
