Please connect the doorbell before connecting the 24V 500mA power supply, and be careful not to let the two cables connected together cause short circuit

Every Video Doorbell may take a few minutes to power on after wiring the power adapter,especially for the first time use, Please try to charge your video doorbell longer before use.

Please confirm the required voltage and current of your video doorbell before purchasing, you can check it on the back of the doorbell.Please connect the doorbell before connecting the power supply, and be careful not to let the two cables connected together cause short circuit.
For Doorbells
Keep adapter unplugged.
Install wires from 24 volt adapter into the terminals for your doorbell unit (Simply attach the two rings to the doorbell and tighten the screws, regardless of positive or negative polarity)
Plug adapter into outlet.
Power up and verify your doorbell is receiving necessary power using the accompanying application.
For thermostats
Cut off the power of circuit breaker.
Cut off the two loops at the end of the power cord to expose the core.
Install the wire from your 24 volt adapter to the “C” terminal and the other wire to the “RC” terminal. You need to use included jumper and connect from “RH” to “RC” terminals，if HVAC system has a cooling.
Plug the power adapter into the socket and turn on the power of the circuit breaker. Install the panel on the thermostat.
