It's signed Dorothy Fricke? I'm thinking maybe this is a local artist in New Mexico. Im unsure. There's no cracks, chips or crazing. The gold tone design is slightly textured.

~Shipping~ Item(s) will be shipped within 3 days and will be CAREFULLY packaged with plenty of bubble wrap (with each piece being separated). There's a shipping charge because I don't try to 'cut corners' when it comes to packaging and shipping. If shipping is more than off, you were be refunded the residual.
