This specialized roof cap is made for ducting dryer vents.   Special low pressure design with gravity damper and no screen. Galvanized steel, 4" duct collar.
Bottom collar is 4" round and 3" long.  Flang base that goes under roofing is 14" x 14". Base of vent is 8.25" x8.25".  Vent stack is a total of 9" high. Gravity damper is 7.5" x 4 7/8"
CONDITION: NEW.  I bought this for a project but then decided to go in another direction.  My loss is your gain.  Get a new roof vent at a reduced price.
