Antique Wood Piccolo

Antique Piccolo.
Beautiful wood. Sold as is for parts or repair. Head joint needs a new cork it's loose. Needs pads and cleaning. Missing small ring on end, see pictures.  Bought to restore and just ran out of time.
The crack doesn't seem to harm the sound. I can get a sound out of the piccolo when blowing into the mouthpiece. I do not feel the crack when I put my finger inside the lighter colored part of the mouthpiece.
