    This is an old wood beverage crate used to haul glass bottles of beverages.
    It has WHISTLE BOTTLING COMPANY -  BAY CITY, MICH stenciled on each side in black lettering.
    The paint is in great condition.
    Research has indicated that this company was operating in the 1920's in Bay City.
    This location is now Coca-Cola Bottling Co.
    The crate is in "As Found" condition having had no cleaning.
    There is a thin strip of wood on the top of one side missing, but everything is still readable.
    Highly collectible and useful piece of country store history.
