The high-side driver can operate at power rail voltages up to 90V. Output through cost-effective TTL and
CMOS compatible input threshold is controlled independently. Robust and reliable level conversion technology has both high operating speed and low power consumption characteristics, and can provide clean level conversion from the control input logic to the high-side gate driver. The device provides undervoltage lockout on the low-side and high-side power rails. The device is available in 8-pin SOIC and thermally enhanced 8-pin WSON packages.
