    Purchased at recent sale as the famous National Soda closes its doors
    From the Jersey Journal:
    After nearly 100 years, National Soda in Bayonne preps for final goodbye
    Aside from the rusted metals, chipped clocks and a healthy coat of dust over most of the seltzer bottles, the top floor of the 97-year-old National Soda and Beer looks a lot like it did decades ago.
    Parts and tools are stored in cabinets and drawers of the repair room, and giant metal containers are still stationed in the “flavor room” where bubbly drinks were concocted.
    This weekend, people will flood the Bayonne factory for the final time, collecting pieces of its past that remind them of their own
