Description

On offer is an original flyer for a Cape Cod dance date with the orchestra of clarinetist/saxophonist Dick Johnson (1925-2010) featuring trumpeter Lou Colombo (1927-2012), on Nov 20, 1977. The dance was at the Sheraton in Eastham on Cape Cod, and produced by the Cape Cod Jazz Society. Johnson, who later led the Artie Shaw Orchestra, and Colombo were anchors of the Cape Cod jazz scene for decades.
This flyer measures 8.5 x 11 inches and is printed on plain paper. Condition is Very Fine, a little wrinkling from handling
