The unit will ship insured, so the buyer must claim any shipping damage upon receipt if the box shows any damage. buyer pays for any return shipment and insurance. the original packaging must be saved and used to return the shipment.

We mark modules and use tamperproof seals avoid anyone parts swapping.
We will try to ship as soon as possible.We do not pack units until they are purchased. if the sale is an auction we can start packing once we see a bid on the item. you can always place a higher bid later. and we can ship sooner. Please allow up to 4 business days to ship. on larger and more expensive items we have packaged by a shipping company that uses foam in place.  it can take a day or two to get that done, so thats why we ask you to allow 4 days. we will do our best to help expedite shipping if needed.
California residents must pay sales tax. ebay billing will charge our local tax rate of 8.75%.  if the tax rate where you are is lower than that we will refund the amount overcharged.

No power cords or other accessories will be included unless they are listed and shown in the pictures. if you need a power cord let us know. we usually have them , the hard part is remembering to ship one.
