Silver 25th Anniversary Mini Cobalt-Blue Colored Pitcher & Wash Basin. Condition is "Used".
I believe this to be a ceramic pitcher and wash basin set.  Bottom of each piece has a "Made in Japan" sticker.  The basin has a small white area-I am not sure what it is but looks like an area that did not get glazed.  Pitcher says Silver 25th Anniversary in silver-colored letters and the top has a silver-colored rim.  This set measures about 3 and 1/2 inches high at the tallest part with the pitcher in the basin, and the basin measures about 4 and 1/2 inches across the top in width. Intended for decorative use only-not for food or drinks. Very pretty commemorative item.
