Offered is this charming porcelain china souvenir bowl depicting the “famous no. 20” oil well in Chanute, Kansas.
The writing on the front reads: The famous no. 20 oil well, K&T Oil Co., Chanute, KS.
The image of the spewing oil derrick occupies the center of the bowl. It is framed by a peacock-blue rim, trimmed in gold.
The backmark reads: Made in Austria for P.C. Dixon, Chanute, Kans. Vienna.
The bowl measures 6 inches long, 4.25 inches wide, and 1.25 inches high.
It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Gold trim in very good condition.
