According to Manfred Selchow's
Ding! Ding!
(Self published, 1998), this card advertises the opening of Steve Connolly's New Rathskeller Room. He changed its name to “Jazz at 76” two weeks later. Rare, considering its use and length of time of distribution.
This card was owned by Dickenson himself, acquired as part of the estate of his niece, Victorita Thompson, who managed his affairs near the end of his life. It's a duplicate of a Dickenson archive that we will soon offer.
