WOW, a blast from the big band past!
Russ Morgan, Teddy Phillips, Griff Williams, George Winslow, Alvino Rey, Lawrence Welk, Tommy Carlyn, Del Courtney, Lawrence Duchow, Orrin Tucker, Eddy Howard, Charlie Spivak are featured on the front cover.
There are 25 four page “Dance Topics”, Trianon Ballroom, Chicago, IL adverts dated 1948 and 1949; 1 two page* plus Christmas Greetings (could not locate a date) as listed below:

A few have water damage, are tattered, soiled, stained and are in fair condition; however most are in good/ok shape complete with expected folds and expected imperfections, no writing.

.  Shipping & handling includes:  actual shipping cost and delivery confirmation/tracking number  + fees + shipping container + bubble wrap if fragile + packing materials + tape + markers + actual time to box + getting to post office + prompt shipping;  kindly keep this in mind when reviewing shipping and handling charges.  I work hard to keep shipping and handling charges fair and reasonable (see my positive feedback!), but have no control over the many components, continuous price increases and fees I must pay.  It's important to note the delivery time stated by eBay is provided as an estimate only. Actual delivery time is determined by the carrier, either US Postal Service or UPS. Great care is taken to properly package and protect all items carefully, so they may arrive in perfect condition. In the highly unlikely event your item be damaged in shipping, Buyer agrees to immediately email Seller with a detailed description and a minimum of 3 photos that clearly display the damage; save all packing materials and be prepared to take the item to your local US Postal Service office or UPS, should they require inspection; and agree to wait thru the insurance claim process before receiving any awarded reimbursement.  For items listed with a refund option: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for purchases returned within 14 days for a refund; to include reimbursement of original shipping, pay for return shipping and pay a 15% restock fee.   All returns must have a Return Authorization, which is obtained by contacting Seller before returning any item.  Returned items must remain unused, unopened in original sealed packaging to be eligible for refund.  Purchasing two or more items and shipping to a single location?  Am always happy to combine shipping and handling to lower shipping costs!  To receive combined shipping discount, do not use the “Buy It Now” feature, but  contact Seller in advance of check out, who will re-calculate shipping and generate invoice; Buyer pays from one invoice.  If eBay calculations and resulting amount payable is incorrect (due to combined shipping, multiple purchase discounts, etc.), please contact Seller before completing the transaction so I may correct/assist, as there are no refunds or adjustments after checkout is complete...sorry, no exceptions.  If the purchase received volume pricing/multiple item discount, partial returns for refunds are not accepted, as this does not satisfy the original discount condition.

Winning bidders who do not pay within two days will automatically be reported to eBay after winning the auction as an Unpaid Item, so all may be in compliance with eBay policies. The Store is open during normal office hours (no nights, no weekends, no holidays) and email is responded to only within the eBay website.  Many items are grouped and sold as a “
Lot
”, which offer a great value on similar items and save shipping and handling.  Kindly note “Lots” will not be separated and are not available for individual purchase.  Thank you for your offers on listings which clearly display a “Best Offer” designation; please understand that effective time management does not permit responding individually to those who wish to purchase at their own greatly discounted sale price where there is no “Best Offer” option. Items seen in the photographs as props or for reference (display stands, rulers, coins, etc.) are not included in the listing. Color monitors vary widely, so the color you see on your screen may not be identical to the photographs.  As I sell on other venues, I reserve the right to end any listing or auction at any time.
Items are stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
Most items are previously owned and used vintage/estate sale finds and are offered in found condition.  As such, they will need to be cleaned, have been used and wear is to be expected.  Major imperfections, heavy scratches, stains, abuse will be noted to the best of my ability.  Please review, zoom and enlarge all photos, as they are a major component of the listing description. I have truly endeavored to accurately and honestly describe each item.
