I can't believe I didn't get this signed like I did my shirt and boobs (no photo available... haha!)  I partyed with the band back stage all night, drank their beer, and played a duet on the piano with Jeff Watson who gave me all the roses that were thrown on stage (I didn't want the panties and bras!) and can't remember how I got home.   GOOD TIMES! LOL
The book has excellent uncreased pages and lies flat. I think I looked through it once or twice after the concert. I found that it has inserts upon further review. The spine glue is cracking from age. The pages are starting to loosen but are in near perfect condition.
I already sold my shirt that got signed that is in one of the pics.
Comes from my smoke-free and pet-free home.
