Up for auction!  This barrel dolly is in good working condition.  Dolly should fit a barrel up to 23 inches in diameter on the bottom.  Castors appear to properly roll and swivel the way they're supposed too.  There is one wheel however that has a busted piece which is marked in yellow shown in the pic.  Oil present in castors.
